Ps4 to ps5 migrate wiped my account??

My account on ps5 is just completely wiped it was lv 1 I cant get ahold of anyone to help me 

Season 1, season 2 ,season 3 and 4 battle pass max teir wraith heirloom diamond trails season 2-3-4 extremely rare cosmetics that cant be purchased again just gone lv 500+ stacked account that I threw years of my life away playing for just for no one to help not even send a message I have video proof on my YouTube channel of the stuff I had I don't understand how this could happen I just want my stuff back please get this to a dev.
