So i transferred 39.99€ to purchase apex coins for the exact amount, when I click authorize on steam nothing happens, my 40€ balance is still on steam and the apex coin section is "refreshing" and its still the same, 0 coins added, 0€ paid from steam account balance. Any help why is this happening and how do I fix it?

Here is the purchase history from steam support page. If only they wrote the reason why it was "Failed"....
I still can't buy coins, when i click on "Authorize" it just closes the steam overlay and all of the apex currency "refreshes" and its still the same amount, steam currency is still the same and apex coins are not added.... why is this happening? Servers work fine, I tried restarting the game, steam and my PC.
