Sorry to hear you're having some trouble getting your Apex Coins.
Please try signing out of Steam, fully closing it via Task Manager, then re-launching.
That can often help with similar situations, however if you're still not able to get those coins after 24 hours please get in touch with our support team directly so they can take a look.
