I can buy and see all the options for apex coins, i bought 9.99usd for the battlepass of the new season at 7th of this month. However I can't see any option for the exotic shards i tried clicking through all the black page that opens when i click on exotic shards but nothing. Just nothing in there. How do i fix this?
Yep, the team was able to address this on the back-end for Steam.
Should be fixed for Turkey and Argentina now.

Have not been able to buy exotic shards from steam, I don’t know what the issue could be but it seems like everyone is experiencing the same thing. I tried hundreds of times to get it to purchase and it would not let me. I was going to get the 110 shard but it did not let me so I tried getting the 50 shard set and it let me get that one once and now it doesn’t let me do it anymore. This sucks cause I could have gotten the extra 10 shard but now I will get none.

Hi my steam is China store, and I’m currently in Canada for school, I was trying to buy exotic shards but after I clicked on “Authorization” button, it will take me back to apex in-game store, and nothing happened, can you fix this bug for buying exotic shards? It’s really annoying.
