To manually edit the resolution of the game go to:
C:\Users\(*Your Useraccount*)\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local
Edit the videoconfig.txt:
"setting.defaultres" "1600"
"setting.defaultresheight" "900"
"setting.fullscreen" "0"
Try starting 1024x768 and fullscreen disable and work your way up to what actually is best

I was thinking that, but i dunno if the resolution list would go back to the way it was before. :P
So i thought of pinging the game for a different resolution incase it was the communication between the game and the GPU.

Im not sure what else it could be unless its something driver related or the game itself.
If you dont get any other answers just post a bug report and forward this post
