Game connection issue

Good day, when I am trying to connect to the game, I get a message stating: "This profile is not permitted to play online. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information". Can someone please assist in why this keeps happening, as I cannot find anything via the "ea.com/unable-to-connect"?

I don't have any bans on my account; it just started happening a few weeks ago, and it does not want to go away.

Unfortunately, none of those solved the issue on my side. It persists.
Is there a way I can contact EA, as I cannot find a way to open a ticket?

I have tried multiple times to submit a ticket through the provided link, but the ticket never gets submitted. Please see the screenshot.
Am I doing something wrong? I have gone through the chatbot as well, but it never reaches an advisor.
