Can't change servers, unrealistic server stats, amazing tech support answer

@IndyOfComo To check do you have any anti-virus, firewall, or additional security running on your device? I agree all servers showing the same thing is odd, and it looks like the UOTrace's you attached are not fulling completing or connecting to our server address, my first guess would be something could be blocking the connection.

@EA_IlliumI tried turning off each and every level of internet security I have in place, and none of it individually nor collectively changed my server list. Not that I would disable internet security in order to play a game. If that's the situation, I would just play other games.

Hey @IndyOfComo,

Thank you for updating and trying, to confirm can you go through the steps below (if you have not already) and let me know if this continues, and if so attach a new UOTrace (Requires PC)?

Basic and Advanced connection steps

Port Forward

Set up a Static IP

Flush DNS (first section in the link)

Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)

Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is different DNs you would rather use)

Clear Origin Cache

Repair - Origin

Clean Boot

Also to check do you have any other programs, Overlays, Anti-cheats running on your device when trying to play?
