Can't connect my account to my Xbox account

I can't link my account to my xbox account. I don't recognize the email it game me. 

Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account GoldAsura already linked to your EA Account for fb*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime.
