I’ve posted about this issue numerous times already. We’ve been told repeatedly that it would be investigated, yet the problem is still happening and there has been no meaningful update or fix.

At this point, it’s getting really frustrating to keep reporting the same issue over and over without any clear communication about what is actually being investigated or when we can expect a fix.
