Can't connect to the game

I'm from mainland, China. I can no longer connect to the game after season 17 update.

There's always a loading icon, turning round and round again, with no hints of what can I do.

My steam account works well.

I've tried several methods including re-installing the game, switching my VPN to another server and  setting system time to March or April, as Chinese Apex Legends community suggests, but they didn;t work.

您好。17赛季更新之后就进不去游戏了，在主界面转圈，重启了很多次，只有几次显示出了服务器列表，点选切换之后左键重试连接没有用。游戏重装了一遍，也检查了完整性，网络通畅，同一个加速器（网易uu）加速别的游戏没有问题。
