So, whenever I try to start Apex with my Elgato hd60s plugged in it gives me an error: "Couldn't intialize sound. Please make sure you have a sound playback device that is enabled and properly configured. Failed in: MilesDriverCreate, Miles output follows: Couldn't create XAudio2 master voice." Now I can start the game when I set my playback device to my headphones, but my stream can't hear the game then.
@adoss02you could try the old solution for Titanfall 2.
Go to control panel and press "Sound" from there pick your playback device > Properties > Advanced and change "Default format" to to 2 channel, 16 bit 44100Hz"
If this don't work verify your settings and that the elgato hd60 drivers is installed correct
Also you could try to repair the game and clear cache but however i don't think this will help duo this is a hardware issue, in this case its the HD60S causing this.
