How do i find the correct section to my issue as its not showing me how to revover my apex account my psn account hasnt changed except the email on the playstaion account

Try using the option for "I want to update my EA Account information".

I have checked my second account and it has all my stuuf on there that the acount holds, but my main psn and apex account, has nothing that i had on my account e.g. characters, heirlooms, skins, banners, finishers, and more, and i have looked on the ai chat bot but it hadnt help he i would prefer if i could get an email or phone call about how to fix my issue but since this is a public site i and not comfortable with sharing any personal detail.

You should be able to start a chat with an advisor by choosing the option I mentioned above.
