Can't Enter Training: Endless Matchmaking

Hello,

I just downloaded Apex today and it appears as though the Training server is down or something. I can't enter any normal games unless I complete the Training/Tutorial -- however when I choose to enter the Training/Tutorial it say's "Matchmaking" indefinitely. I had my brother try on his account he normally plays on and it said "Matchmaking" when he switched to Training. 

I also tried joining a party to see if that would force it through and get me connected, but you cannot join the Training unless you're solo. 

So:

-- I've repaired the game in Origin

-- I've updated drivers

-- I've rebooted the machine

-- I've logged into Origin on another computer that had Apex functioning and it won't lot me join

Please, I just want to play ☹️ Can someone help me?

    Just fixed mine. Look up how to change the data servers and find a server with low ping that not in the Midwest. I live in Arizona so I went with New York and finally got into the training right away.

    My daughter is stuck in this loop too.

    I logged into the account on my machine that I play Apex on daily and it too was stuck in matchmaking for training.

    Just fixed mine. Look up how to change the data servers and find a server with low ping that not in the Midwest. I live in Arizona so I went with New York and finally got into the training right away.

    This is the way that worked for me too, but I did find a faster way to get to the data server change.

    The fix for this is to choose another data center and then start Matchmaking.

    I chose New York and I was connected right away.

    To choose a new Data center to connect to, 

    1. Launch the game and do nothing on the Main screen where you can click to continue.

    2. Wait for approximately 40 seconds

    3. Hit escape to bring up the Exit option

    4. Hit escape again to close the menu

    5. Note that a "Data Center" Menu item is now visible

    6. Click the Data Center menu item

    7. Double-click a data center other than the one chose for you. (Try new York)

    8. Click "continue"

    9. Once the full game is loaded, click Ready

    You should load straight in.

    Once you finish the training, you'll want to restart the game so that it chooses the data center with the lowest ping.

    It's just the Training that seems to have an issue. Once you've completed that you should have no issues with games in your region.

    I would assume that something is wrong in the training validation since it does not require any client server exchange since all content is local.

    I installed the game 4 days ago and went through the training without any issues and after it ended i started playin BR mode,

    But since then im tryin to get to training again to get familiar with weapons but every time the game forces me out to the first screen which you gotta click to enter matchmaking scree.

    Had the same problem, but i think they fixed it in thr dec 3rd update, cuz i have no problems now
