Account Locked After Closed Ban Appeals

Hello EA Support,

About three weeks ago, my account was permanently banned for “gameplay enhancements,” which I believe was a mistake. I submitted appeals, and both cases are now closed:

• Case #239742816 (Mar. 22, 2026)
• Case #239525429 (Mar. 16, 2026)

My “Penalty History” now NOW shows no violations, so I assumed the ban was lifted. However, when I try to play Apex Legends, it says my account is locked.

Could you please confirm my account status and help me regain access? Unless im still banned? But that would be weird because my penalty history stated I have none.
