Can't find config files and Settings keep resetting

My settings(all of them) reset every time i close and reboot my game. People have told me i should fix it in videoconfig.txt which is supposedly should be in C:\Users\KarambaMax\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex, but there's no files inside my Saved games folder(in other words: it's empty) does anyone have a fix to this so i can find my files or reinstall them in teh correct place
