Game stuttering, freezing and lagging

After the last update, (I’ve received a message in game saying to relaunch the game to update the game, this happened a week ago). My game is freezing, lagging, showing all red flags about data performance, latency, package loss, input lag. I’ve trying all tutorials and tips from the internet to solve this, but nothing until this moment.

Playing ranked my ping is ever 200+, but unranked and others mode it’s 8-12ping.
