Hi all I’m having issues adding friends I’m on a PS5 and my children are on Xbox

I’ve managed to play with my children by setting up a club, but when I try sending a friend request it still doesn’t go through.

Also when I look at my son Xbox it shows I’m online but when I view the club on the PS5 it shows he’s offline ???

do you have a solution to this problem?
