Can't find product code on origin get 404 error

I can't find AL on origin store, web version or client on PC.

When I click the download from the AL website it just says I don't have the right access.

Region lock? Account issue?

Please assist, what can I do to fix this?

    Contact them and ask them to add the game to your library, that is how the resolved it for me.

    I get the same problem and so far Support has been unable to solve this problem. I can access every other game but I can't even search for Apex. I live in Korea, you?

    Exact same problem, I also live in Korea. I sent a Ticket to Origin Support a few hours ago, I have yet to receive a response.

    I just did a chat with them and they closed my ticket before I even confirmed it was resolved. Which the problem is not resolved!

    Hello where can i find product code.

    And i have the game on the website on origin.com, but i cant find it on the app

    How to find apex legend product code if you tell me to go to settings there is not option another this Hide, remove From Favorite just that help me pls :c
