Cant get in, ai is bad

I am currently trying to change the email of this EA account, as i no longer have access to the account which was used. However, I do not have a secondary email account to send the code to. This has led me to their ai which managed to brick itself in one prompt where it just goes round in circles and cannot connect me which a human being who could at least pretend to know the issue and then figure it out.

If you do not have access to the original email account, you will need to make contact with an EA Advisor. They need to verify your identity before making any account changes. I know the process can be troublesome; you need to choose the set of options during the 'contact us' process that will get you to a person.
