Cant get into a game due to few players in queue

Hi,

I can usually load into the main screen just fine when playing Apex Legends, the problem comes when i try to actually find a game .

Whenever i try and get into one, it will say there's only 2-3 players in queue and will never put me in a game, even if i wait 30 minutes.

When i play with my friends i have to make them the party leader because i can never find a game.

I've tried going on around 6 different servers but always have the same problems.

I really enjoy this game but i can never play it unless i have someone playing with me!

@CRUSTYPIEPG Hi, we've been seeing some issues over the past day, but it looks like things are recovering now. Can you try to connect again when you login next?

I tried yesterday and today but it still said there was only 1 player in Queue, in ranked and normal queues over multiple different servers (all of the Sydney servers and the Singapore server).
I've tried restarting and everything like that but it never goes away. I managed to get into 1 game about a week ago by myself but after that 1 i haven't been able to connect at all.
I've been having this problem for about a month and a half now so its not like its super new either.

same here, its due to the lack of players playing the game in season 6 while still being low level. the only fix to this is wait till crossplay to comeout or wait for a higherlevel friend. i cant seem to get into the game as well. this is really just horrible for new players.

i just switched from ps and am having this issue, did you ever find a fix?

@CRUSTYPIEPG No, it's not fixed. The issue is with players that have more than one person on the same EA account. You cant get into a match because EA servers think there are 2,3, etc. people on the same account trying to play. It's the same reason people on the same account can't play Madden 21 at the same time. Even if they both paid for the game and are on different consoles they still can only have one of them on the game at a time. Also EA will not unlink one of you for any reason so your Gamertag or PSN is forever apart of that EA Account. EA is garbage, they are not player friendly, they do not care about the player, they only care about the $$$$. I don't know why but if you have a friend invite you they can search and it works. Makes no sense but it does and i have talked to EA so many times about this and they keep telling me thats impossible soooo idk.
