Cant hear in game voice chat in apex legends ps4

Hello my friend have an issue with voice chat when im talking in game with voice chat he cant hear me but me i can hear me when he talk. I dont know what is the problem i still didnt find any solution to fix this issue. When i talk with others with in game voice they can hear me. And also another thing i cant even invite him to party when i send him invite he never receive it then when i restart my game his name literally disappear i searched it on find friends i send a friend request he never get it. My friend is playing on ps4 and me on pc btw. Also another thing he can hear my other friend and they can add it and invite him but me i cant. Please help me as soon as possible thanks in advance for any solution.
