Can't hear sound or can't hear sound from different directions

Weird sound issue here but I am in the middle of updating graphics driver to see if that helps... I can hear what's in front of me very well BUT I cannot hear anything behind me and can barely hea...

i have the same issue, i dont think its apex, coincidence on the update, but its a lot of my games

@Kayxe I think its a glitch with the Steelseries headsets
