cant install and repair apex legend after window update

hi Respawn,i having trouble with Apex Legend after latest window updated(1903 build),i got error msg(wrong version) when i click "start"button on menu screen,,so weird,then i attempt to to repair its...

    I was having the exact same issue. I even uninstall the game completely and try to download again. and nothing was working until I fixed a pending Framework install that I had in my windows update. I wasted a whole day troubleshooting this.

    Make sure you have this updated

    Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10, version 1903
