Can't install Apex (downloading stop at 8.62GB)
Apex stops downloading/installing at 8.62GB. Changed installer folders, gave it Admin right, lovered UAC levels, nothing worked so far.

This is a common issue.
Click on Apex Legends in the Orgigin Gamelibrary -> Settings -> Repair game.
After that, restart your origin and your Apex should start to download Again.
This should solve the download problem.
