CANT LINK ACCOUNTS

[reposting this cause not sure if i posted it on the right page]so basically what's happening is when i get into my ps4 account on the apex legends web site i get in to my account i go to connections and when i click to link my Xbox it says i cant due to that it is linked to a @anynomus.ea.com account. an account i don't remember creating im sure it just a place holder account so i cant get into my Xbox account on the ea website so i cant see what it is linked to or unlink it so i can link it to my ps4 account ive done just about everything me and my dad could think of can anyone help me with this or am i just not going to be able to link
