Can't load into firing range or match

Matchmaking loading never loads me in. I am on PC using steam and for some reason I am not loading into a match. I even tried going to the firing range, but it won't even load me into there.

@Full_Metal_1915 can you try the following:

Install latest GPU drivers drivers

Disable Shader Cache in the NVidia control panel and Hit apply.

Enable shader cache and Hit apply.

Restart Computer.

@Full_Metal_1915 can you try to run a verify game files in Steam on APEX and try again.

@EA_Atic I attempted to reverify game files. That didn't work. I also tried a hard Uninstall but that also did not work.
May be unrelated, but I am also getting a long load up time with it saying "Loading shaders" with about 6500 shades to load up. Takes me about 20 minutes to get to the loadout screen.

i have done all of this and still no fix
