cant log into old account from a few years back

i used to play alot of apex back in like 21-22, but i stopped, and reset my ps4 because of a disk drive issue. now, in 2025, i wanna play apex again on my new ps5. im trying to find the email i used for the account, but cant find it in any emails i know. my account name was Zylrpx, and i had some really good stuff on it, like the 4 kills in 20 seconds badge.

is there anyway to recover it? or no. Or has ea just deleted it.
