Cant Matchmake Into Unrated

Hey there, 

I've been trying for several days to play Apex. I don't personally play much, if any, ranked matches, but I have been unable to matchmake into an unranked/rated game in over a week. I wait and switch between modes and I can never matchmake. It just keeps adding/removing players from the queue. But whenever I switch into another gamemode (ranked or arena) I practically instantly get into a match. Does anyone have a solution for this?

TLDR: Haven't been able to matchmake into an unrated game in over a week.

What I've done to try and fix it (with absolutely no success) 

1) Log out/Back into Origin.

2) Launch Origin/Apex as administrator. Launching either as administrator changed nothing. 

3) Changed data center

4) Uninstalled/Reinstalled the game

5) Attempted Repairs. 

6) Removed EastAntiCheat and reinstalled

7) Deleted all game files off PC, reinstalled/repaired (after restarting the entire PC)

8) Waited. For a long time. 

Not sure what else to do or what the problem is. Its very irritating ^^

    I have yet to try ranked as I am too new but I always had a feeling this would work.  Basically, their servers are hot garbage.  You will not get a reply from their "community managers" cause they don't really know what they are talking about.  They will try to obfuscate and push blame onto your rig and/or network.   It is tech support 101. The only difference is when doing it for hardware items, they usually replace it if they can't figure it out.  With this, you will get nothing but time lost.  I would just say go with it.  Play ranked, who cares what you end up with as it is all just pixels anyway.   

    Maybe one day (LOL) they will fix it but frankly companies like EA just try to siphon as much money as they can and put as little as possible back into the product.   I mean, why would they?  hundreds of thousands of you kids clamor to get in and pay them thousands for horrible looking pixel skins.   

    It is crazy!
