Cant move mouse cursor in game?

When playing Apex/Training it doesn't allow me to move my pov. (cursor is over the gameplay stuck) When escaping to the menu it appears to work fine. Didn't have an issue before 2/13 update.

*Repaired Game files, Updated game, deleted any programs running, restarted computer*

No other issues found.
