Can't open a support ticket/case

Hey, I've been banned idk for what reason my most doubt is that it was a false ban, while trying to contact support by disputing my ban and filling out the form no case is created just a message pops out that my case was submitted and someone will answer me shortly but I haven't received a message back for over 2 weeks now my friend tried also to contact ea thru creating a case and everything went smoothly just not for me :(

Hello. What you need to do is submit a dispute so that Terms of Service can investigate your account. Instructions for that can be found in this article.

i've tried everything no response till now, still no cases are created in the my cases tab and i still can't reach out to support about my ban

You'll need to open a separate case with an advisor to have them check on this. Most likely, the dispute has been submitted. Open a case here, but don't choose the reason as being dispute a ban. That will just submit another dispute.
