Can't play the game with 2 friends, server problem ?

I've had this issue for months now

I’m on PS5 and my friends are on Xbox/PC and PS5 as well. When I join their lobby, we rarely manage to start a match together: most of the time they load into the game without me and I stay in the lobby or on the loading screen. We have to restart the game several times for it to sometimes work. Never works in three stacks tho

Crossplay is enabled, I cleared the cache, rebuilt the PS5 database, restarted the console and the game, reset my Wi‑Fi router, and re‑added my friends via EA IDs, but the problem still persists. I did everything

Can someone help me or a dev contact me ? Its been 2 months now and tried to post everywhere :/
