Cant ready up for a game when i log in

I haven't been able to play the game for about two weeks on ps5 when i log in the game at first i cant see my level or name in the lobby. And then i not able to ready up for a game it keeps telling m...

Hey everyone,

I'm going to post a little template here if y'all could fill it out, just so I can get a better idea of what the problem is/could be:

  • What platform do you play on?
  • What region do you play on?
  • How long have you had this issue (roughly)?
  • What troubleshooting have you already tried (if any)?

We'll hopefully have a better idea of what exactly we're dealing with afterwards.

5. reinstall the game change my DNS to the google DNS
