Cant ready up for a game when i log in

I haven't been able to play the game for about two weeks on ps5 when i log in the game at first i cant see my level or name in the lobby. And then i not able to ready up for a game it keeps telling m...

Sorry for the annoyance this is causing you.

Is there more information you could provide, to help us investigate this?

Is this now seen when trying to play every match/ every time you connect to Lobby?

Do you ever get a chance to connect to a game mode, and you stop just seeing "player" as your username?

If you join up with friends who can play normally, are you able to queue up properly?

@ThomasMc2595 1.yes it every time i connect to the lobby
2.yes im usually able to get into a game a day if i tried long enough
3.whenever the "player" disappears and my name comes up i cant ready up for any game
4.i haven't been able to play with friends for months now
