Cant register steam.
This is a bit of a specific issue, I had the wrong EA account linked to Steam to play Apex Legends since it came out. Finally I tried with EA support to delete the connected account. After I got the account deleted, I tried logging into my main account on Steam and it needs me to "reset my password" yet when I reset it, nothing happens. Just makes me reset my password over and over. There is not an option to login at all. I really want to use my main account on my desired platform (Steam) but what makes it worse is I cant directly contact EA support because the only options it gives me are Answers HQ. Please can someone FINALLY help me resolve this issue, its driving me mad. And don't just say to use the EA "contact us" option, it doesn't work.

If I understand things correctly, from what you've shared, it sounds like you're having issues logging into the Steam account. . You'd need to reach out to Steam directly for Steam account issues. We wouldn't be able to offer assistance for that.
Once you're able to log into the Steam account, you can link up the new Steam account to the EA account. The steps are shared in this EA Help guide, just in case: How to link Steam and your EA Account
