Can't see online console players????

I can add and find my console player friends. However, in game. their profile is on PC icon and is Level 1. Even if they are online, you can't see them online. There's no way to invite them to play.

I'd like to try out some connectivity troubleshooting to see if we can help fix the issues with inviting your friends, if you don't mind. When you have the chance can you try running through the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website to see if that helps at all?

Still the same. Even re-friending them wont work.
Already sent you a screenshot. You might want to look at it.
I have also a friend who experienced this. His console friends and him can't see each other online nor invite.

  Do you know if any of these friends might be on underage EA Accounts? We've seen some similar issues when one of the accounts is a child account, so I'm curious if that might be what's happening in this case as well.

    He just confirmed that he is not on child account.
