Can't see online console players????

I can add and find my console player friends. However, in game. their profile is on PC icon and is Level 1. Even if they are online, you can't see them online. There's no way to invite them to play.

He just confirmed that he is not on child account.

Do you know if these same friends also have PC Apex Legends accounts as well, or do they only play on console?
