@1c8fe3c4dfe353ed When sending gifts to friends, they also have to meet the requirements as well. Since you're playing on Steam, you may need to enable 2-step on your Steam account as well.

Hi thanks for the reply, I have 2FA enabled on Steam and seemingly on my EA profile as well. I can't imagine what else it could be.
