Can't turn of text to speech

Hello,

I'm playing apex on Xbox one S. When someone (I guess from pc crossplay or keyboard attached to Xbox) types in game, an automated voice reads it out loud and makes my game lag. It's really annoying. There is an option in settings -> gameplay -> accessibility to turn off/on incoming voice to chat text and an identical one in audio options but not one to turn off text to speech. The options for accessibility in my Xbox settings is turned off. Plz fix this. Just delete the future (no use in my opinion) or change one of the identical settings to 'chat to speech' so I can turn it off.
