Hey @chewit_mishmash,

Your account region might be set in France, but are you yourself based in Belgium by any chance? I know that changing your account region doesn't actually let you purchase packs in games like Apex or FIFA.

I am indeed physically located in Belgium; but until yesterday, I could buy packs by setting the region to France without any problems. That's how I bought heirlooms in the past.
Have the devs changed that in the last patch ? (based on physical location rather than store region). or is it just a bug?
If they have changed it, How am I supposed to buy them? Can I use a VPN to bypass the issue or do I risk getting banned?
I would like to know because the only reason I bought apex coins was to buy heirlooms at a lower price. (without packs, it would cost me over 300 euros)
