Case in Progress
It's been about two days since I opened a case for in game content that I did not receive. I'd like to know the progress on it but it always just says " In Progress " . Can anyone help to see that? ...

I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to address or discuss any particular cases on the forums, sorry.
If it's been a couple days and you still have not heard back however, I'd definitely suggest reaching back out for an update from the support team.
When creating a case through the EA Help site, I would suggest using the Order | Order not received options and selecting the chat or phone callback options if available to speak with someone directly.
Aside from that you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead if that's easier.
