I think I've experienced the same thing with the 30-30 repeater and the Peacekeeper. The first one is/was a known issue, something to do with ads. But I can't find anything about it happening with the Peacekeeper. I'm just firing away and then suddenly it just doesn't seem to respond to my mouseclick, when I click again it works just fine.
Have not experienced anything similar with Prowler, Hemlok or G7 though.
I had experienced this issue in the past with 30-30 I even posted a bug report. At some point devs claimed that they had fixed it.
Not fun seeing it come back...

I haven't had it with the 30-30 in quite some time, so I suppose they did fix it.
The Peacekeeper has been jamming occasionally for about 3 to 4 months maybe?
