Chat bug

I have deleted the game reset my ps4 to factory settings because the game kept kicking me mid fight/game and it stop doing that. Mean while I thought my head set was going bad (hyperx alpha) I in game chat was horrible I was told I kept cutting in and out then I would go absolutely muted. I went to Best Buy got a whole new bed set for $298!! and still having the same issue. Just tested it out it works in private chat perfectly but game chat is a no go…. Iv done everything I can. What else can I do plz plz help unfortunately this the only game I play smh not to mention how much lag is in the game. This is a ps4 no issues only this apex games gives me issues
