I need help, it seems that I have Killer E2400 Gigabit Ethernet Controller and I'm constantly prompted by the error "Out of Snapshots" followed by "Client Hitched" before finally freezing the game for a second or two.

Do you have the Killer Network application installed on your PC? If so, can you try disabling the option for Advanced Stream Detect to see if that helps at all? I've seen some reports in the past that having this option disabled can help with that specific error.
