Account banned because of a hacker

Hey everyone,

So I stopped playing Apex around last year, and meanwhile, I got hacked in several of my accounts (including gaming platforms, social media, and email). I managed to retrieve a lot of these accounts almost immediately. However, my EA account might have slipped and remained hacked (since I didn't use any of the products anymore), and recently I wanted to play Apex with friends and found out my account was banned... I instantly assumed it was because of the hacker problem, and I was right. After a long struggle with EA's help and after chatting with four people, I managed to get my account back, but it remained banned. I filled out the ticket to contest my ban, but I got no help or was refused... If someone has a solution or a contact to help in this matter, I would really appreciate it, cause it seems very unfair to lose all my progress and purchases because of a guy just ruining accounts.
