Got it, thanks. Can we try running through some troubleshooting to see if we can stop this from happening? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website.

could you also please tell me what’s the issue with this processing game logic error.. I have seen that lots of people are having the same problem, but there seems no sollution for it.
I have to start the game 20-30 times before it allows me to play.

Community ManagerThe game logic error is something the Apex Legends team has been investigating. I'm afraid I don't really have the details on what might be causing it to happen, but I've heard that changing datacenters can help get around it for a while. Others have said that power-cycling your console can also help.
