Club tag issue

Hello I'm just wondering does anyone have an answer to this issue. I cant type in lower case letters in the box where i can set my club tag name.

    Is this the first time you've tried creating a Club, or were you previously able to make one with a Club tag in lower case letters?

    When we were first got the ability to make clubs that is the first time I was able to type in lower case letters in club tag.
