10月29日凌晨两点玩着apex竞技模式突然卡住，随后屏幕显示是黑屏的，但是有UI像素轮廓但不多。随后我把电脑关机重新打开apex就提示code反作弊验证超时，我尝试过重新启动更换服务器重新安装apex也是没有用
我也有遇到相同問題，之前還在正常遊玩。但從昨天開始就登錄不上，我查到很多類似問題都是之前大規模伺服器崩潰才發生，這兩天並沒有發生伺服器崩潰，我的遊戲好友也能正常登錄遊戲，我也檢查了我的賬戶是正常狀態，沒有被封鎖。我同樣重裝整個遊戲，也於事無補。昨天聯繫了支援但是還未收到回復。
我終於找到這個問題的解決方法，找到命令提示符後，右鍵管理員身份運行，接著按順序輸入下面三則編碼：
certutil -generateSSTFromWU roots。sst
certutil -addstore -f root roots。sst
del roots。sst
之後就能順利進入伺服器了！
