Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. In random spots of the maps during several different matches
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Playing a ranked game. I get code net and code wheel a lot which then takes away RP from me and penalized me for something that is not in my control
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Not sure happens randomly but at least twice a day. Happens more than that in public matches as well
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 2.14.2020 and days prior. Random parts of the day EST
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug happens my movement gets stiff and then my character gets completely stuck. Then it will throw me out of the game either saying code net or code wheel. When I am playing ranked it penalizes me and it also takes away RP points which I think is completely unfair. Something that is out of my control shouldn’t be penalizing me. It throws me out at crucial parts of the game too leaving my squad mates out to dry.
What should be happening instead? The game should be able to be played through the whole game without getting kicked off the server
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea; not sure how often it happens to other people. Very frustrating. I have been trying to climb up the ranks but this bug is hindering my growth.
