Sanction ban from 02 october 2024 and still cant play
ive reached out to ea help multiple times and they just give me the same copy and paste reply tellingme to go to the connection issue page and go through there when ive done that same thing 4 times over and the ban has no status on it so will it ever end? I got my first heirloom 2 days before getting that sanction ban and just want to use it. I think I created about 4 tickets explaining my ban and everything and they just give me the same results. can someone help me?

If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
However it looks like you have used up all of your appeals. If the TOS team sent you a reply that no further investigations into appeal well be performed than it looks like the Ban will stay.
