Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Just landing I believe it was by slums that bridge area next to containment
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Unfortunately camping for placement

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Every 3 games then code net

What happens when the bug occurs? So we land then the red circle symbol comes up top right hand corner and we lag out, Receive code net, we think of we can load back in nope it loaded us in a new game we play that one code net again soon as we land, so for the love of apex we start another one the random gets to go back in the original game meanwhile me and my friend get match abandonment and I loose my diamond 3 rank due to a -96 which we both got, which btw seems very unfair
What should be happening instead? No point earned or gained I mean if it can remember the kills and give us points fine but definitely match forgiveness
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Honestly just play. I have a screen shot of it saying match abandoned-96 points tbh it’s not fair since I’m trying to grind to masters ive never left a ranked match unless my banner timed out even then it’s dumb to cause u can wait it out and get placement points

Please help me out as this is pretty unfiar if anything I’d just like my points back that ive lost should honestly be diamond 2 by now but a bump back to diamond 3 would be great although I’m around 100 or so points off I pretty much have been upset since the whole occurrence
